INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE - A truly relaxing massage, including the shoulders, neck, arms, head and face this massage stinulates around 7000 nerve endings around the head and also relieves any tension in the shoulders, neck and upper back.  Ends in a relaxing facial massage which helps to smooth out any lines and clears the sinuses.

£25.00 - with oils 1 hour.

REIKI - For a Reiki treatment you lie comfortably clothed on the treatment couch with a warm blanket over you.  Using a series of hand movements there is a transfer of energy felt as heat from the therapists hands.  The effects of this treatment are varies and personal but most people feel a warmth around the area that is being worked on.  This is a gentle but very effective treatment.  Can also be added to any other treatment for an extra £5.00

  • Deeply relaxing and restorative
  • Recipients can fall into a very restorative Reiki slumber
