A ladies only group incorporating guided meditation and Reiki with the support of a group of like-minded individuals who are seeking guidance and interaction on spiritual matters.

Whether you are new to meditation or seeking help and support in creating the life you want or just fascinated by all things spiritual and looking for a group to assist you this is the group for you.

Held on Monday mornings 10 - 12 costing just £10.00 per session

Wednesday evenings in Ferndown 7.30 - 9.00 also £10.00 per session
